My shin splints are gone. My knee pain is gone. My Ideal Feet arch supports are ON

For many years I had no idea that misalignment in the feet could have any effect on the rest of my body. As a runner, I often battled shin splints, sharp knee pain and even bursitis in my knees. I went to my doctor and he explained that these were all symptoms of ITBS or Iliotibial Band Syndrome, one of many knee issues that originate from excessive pressure on the knees due to overpronation or supination. As a mother of two kids and a mother of two dogs, I really value my ability to always be on the go. Running into Summer

I love this time of year. Flowers are blooming, parks are full of people running, walking and playing, and the weather is beautiful. Get out and enjoy it!

I have been doing so much better since Ideal Feet products came into my life. I finished the Ideal Feet Foot Camp (play on words with boot camp) training program and am full swing in my arch supports. My plantar fasciitis is gone, my speed and longevity are improving, so I have been outside running and working toward all the races that are coming up this summer.

My Ideal Feet experience has been incredible, I think everyone should know. Not only am I back running, but I'm outside with my dogs in the evenings, I am playing with my kids, and I can finally be as active as I want without the pain from plantar fasciitis.

Today is Earth Day. I took the time during my morning run to really feel thankful for the beautiful planet we share and maybe take for granted sometimes. What a cool opportunity we have today: making Earth a better place to live. Some things that we can do today to appreciate Earth Day are:

*Picking up the trash you see outside
*Remember to turn off the lights when you leave the room
*Use the front door instead of the garage door when you leave your house
*Start to recycle your cans, paper, glass and plastics
*Go outside and enjoy yourself...and the Earth today!

Even though these things may seem small, or even like a huge hassle at times, you would be surprised what a difference it can make on your electric bill, your health, your life and the world around you that we sometimes take for granted.

On Earth Day last year, I was not able to go outside and do my favorite thing... run. I absolutely love to go for a nice run or walk to clear my mind and enjoy the outdoors while getting a little exercise.
