Roxy

Today is Earth Day. I took the time during my morning run to really feel thankful for the beautiful planet we share and maybe take for granted sometimes. What a cool opportunity we have today: making Earth a better place to live. Some things that we can do today to appreciate Earth Day are:

*Picking up the trash you see outside
*Remember to turn off the lights when you leave the room
*Use the front door instead of the garage door when you leave your house
*Start to recycle your cans, paper, glass and plastics
*Go outside and enjoy yourself...and the Earth today!

Even though these things may seem small, or even like a huge hassle at times, you would be surprised what a difference it can make on your electric bill, your health, your life and the world around you that we sometimes take for granted.

On Earth Day last year, I was not able to go outside and do my favorite thing... run. I absolutely love to go for a nice run or walk to clear my mind and enjoy the outdoors while getting a little exercise. I had such bad heel, back and shin pain, though, that I felt practically sidelined from all the things I loved to do. I found
Ideal Feet last July, and it changed my life. Ideal Feet arch supports are designed to actually help the bones and joints in your feet find their PROPER alignment which helps balance and align your ENTIRE BODY!! I had no idea, but my feet rolling (pronating) was actually causing the shin splints and lower back pain! The heel pain is gone now because Ideal Feet arch supports balance you on all four arches of your feet. I have never seen such amazing results. I loved the products so much, that after telling absolutely EVERYONE I knew about Ideal Feet, I went from preaching their gospel to working for them full time. I love this company and their products, and I would recommend them to practically anybody.

If enjoying the outdoors on Earth Day is out of the question for you because you are experiencing heel, foot or body pain, find an
Ideal Feet store and check out what they can do for you. I don't know where I would be without them.
